An Unlimited Data Plan provides unlimited data throughout your plan validity. After reaching the daily high-speed data allowance, the connection speed will be reduced, while internet access will remain available for essential online activities.
After the high-speed data allowance is used, your speed is reduced to 5 Mbps. This is still fast enough for navigation, messaging, browsing, social media, and video calls, so you can stay connected throughout your trip.
Plan time calculations follow UTC+8 or UTC+7, depending on the plan. The validity period begins when the plan is activated, and daily data or speed limit resets will occur according to the applicable time calculation rule.
Install and activate your eSIM within 30 days of receiving the QR code. Your plan starts immediately upon activation, and all validity and data cycles are calculated from that time.
